Wow! Just breezing through that list got me a little breathless. You’ve got some amazing books there. I think i’ll be referring this list whenever I am buying next.
Btw – I also browsed through your playlist three days ago and we’ve been listening to Britt Nicole ever since 🙂
I love Britt Nicole (and many other Christian artists) 🙂 and I’m glad you had a chance to browse through my book list. (Good reminder for me to update it since it’s been a while) 😉
Let me know if there are any good books that you recommend reading. I’m always looking for good books to read. 🙂
I love books! 😉 Great book list! Thanks for sharing!
That’s awesome! You should share books you’d recommend with me (if you have any). I’m always looking for good, new books to read!! 🙂
You inspired me to make a page of my book list on my blog page. 🙂 Check it out there and see if you can find anything. Just a quick recommendation: Philip Yancey’s “What So Amazing About Grace?” Faboo! 😉
Blue Like Jazz sounds really good! I wrote down a few more books to add to my book list. 🙂
I just read that one last month. I couldn’t put it down (literally). It’s different than some books I’ve read in the past but it’s really thought-provoking! I think you’d like it!
Can I recommend one? Mended by Angie Smith. I think it just came out last year. I absolutely loved it 🙂
Of course Melody! I’ll add that one to my list! Thank you! 🙂
Wow! I’ve read some of the books you’ve read, and some of those on your wish list. Here’s my bookshelf >> http://seekersportal.wordpress.com/books-ive-read/
Love your list! I will definitely have to check out some of those books and read them myself. Thank you so much for sharing it with me! 🙂
You’re welcome. Glad to have found a fellow believer and bibliophile like you. 🙂
I love your list! I’ll have to check out some of these! I did want to mention that you have the book ‘Kisses from Katie’ in your fiction list and it’s non-fiction (and a wonderful book, I agree!)
Hi Megan! That’s a good point, I’ll have to fix that 😉 Thanks!
Hey I love your list! I just wanted to say that a great one for teen ministry books is called sustainable youth ministry by Mark DeVrie. (:
Thank you so much for letting me know Emilie! There is a very limited amount of books out there focused only on teen or junior high ministry so I’m so happy that you recommended one, I’ll make sure to read it! 🙂
I just read Soul Keeping by John Ortberg. It is a fabulous book. I love all his books anyway, but this one touched me to the core. I wish I could write with such charm and emotion without sounding like I’m using a language foreign to me. His books always strike a chord that’s literally like music your read into your soul.
That’s awesome! I’m actually in the middle of one of his books right now as well (The Me I Want To Be). He is definitely one of my favorite authors! I’ll have to add the one you’re reading to my list. 🙂 Thanks!
Anna, I promise you will be blessed. I also loved When the game is over it all goes back in the box.
Me too!! That one gives you such a great perspective on what’s really important in this life. He certainly has a way with words!!
Lovely! nice work!! thank you ! God bless.
